Brilliant Service & BRILLIANT people

Well, What can I say. Phil, Gail and Pat are fantastic people to work with. Happy I handed my vehicle to this garage. I bought a car off a garage in the south of the country called NK motors (stay away) the car came with numerous problems. Luckily it was bought on finance and the finance company had agreed to pay for the repairs on the vehicle. My garage of choice was Ewood BMW specialists. I took the car to numerous garages prior to this and was told the repair is not possible as the car is a convertible & quite a few quoting ridiculous figures to fix the problem. The problem was two regulators were shot on the car both for the rear windows. Which in a convertible is paramount but also quite difficult to repair. I understood this. But Phil's experience shone through. I showed him the car and without batting an eyelid he was happy to take the job on & quoted a reasonable figure - no element of ripping someone off because of the uniqueness of the job. I even asked him twice are you sure its possible as i was quite hesitant due to the answers I had got from other garages and his answer was the same. He took one look at the car with trained eye and said yeah thats no problem. They got the repair done in a day and to a factory standard. I will forever recommend this garage to BMW & MINI owners. Fantastic people that truly know what they are doing. The Ladies in the office Pat & Gail were happy to liaise with the finance company directly when it came to payment and any other details required and didnt see it as a issue - if anything just part of the job. Even when i called them 7 times in one day they were happy to say no Mr. Adam thats no problem. Brilliant Service & BRILLIANT people.
