Saved me hundreds

By far the best experience I’ve had with a BMW Specialist, they definitely deserve the name. One local to me couldn’t diagnose common faults in the past and didn’t want to take it to the main dealer so was a bit stuck until I found these guys. I had an issue with my E93 roof being stuck in the boot due to a faulty cowl sensor and broken wires. Replacing these parts isn’t a major job but getting the roof out of the boot when it’s in the locked position is a nightmare and takes hours. Phil sorted this and replaced necessary parts and the roof functions perfectly again and you can’t even tell it’s been worked on. He also fit an airbag module I provided as mine had gone faulty whilst being stored, no more restraint lights!. Topped it off with a new battery and an MOT and I can’t fault anything at all whilst the cars been there. Won’t be going anywhere else from now on. The cost was very fair for the amount of work done and has saved me hundreds compared to taking it to the main dealer. Thank you Phil and everyone who has been very helpful on the phones!
